Terminal Design and Application

The Beckhoff EL2889 is a digital output terminal from the EL series of EtherCAT Terminals. This terminal connects binary 24 V DC control signals from the automation device to actuators at the process level. Electrical isolation is provided between the E-bus and field potential.
